After connecting with me through Instagram and loving my overall style, they invited me to fly out from Orlando to capture their celebration at Lambert’s Cove Inn & Resort. It was an easy yes. Martha’s Vineyard is such a special place, and getting the opportunity to document a wedding weekend there was something I was incredibly excited about.
I stayed at a nearby Airbnb just a short drive from the venue, which made it easy to settle into the island atmosphere before the celebrations began. The welcome party was the perfect way to kick off the weekend. Guests gathered together to reconnect, share stories, and celebrate the couple with heartfelt speeches. It created such a warm and intimate start to the weekend and set the tone for the wedding day ahead.
The following day was the wedding itself, and the weather could not have been more perfect for Martha’s Vineyard. It wasn’t too hot and wasn’t too cold, just one of those beautiful New England days where everything feels calm and comfortable. The natural light throughout the property was incredible, and the gardens around the venue created the most beautiful setting for the celebration.
For their wedding coverage, Tori and Trey brought me out to focus primarily on photography while also capturing moments on Super 8 film throughout the day. My second shooter and I documented everything from the quiet moments getting ready to the emotional ceremony and joyful celebration later in the evening. The Super 8 footage added that nostalgic, timeless look that fits so perfectly with destination weddings like this.

Daniel and Dharti’s wedding at The Thursday Club in San Diego, California was a stunning fusion of Indian and Jewish traditions. From emotional family moments to golden hour portraits at Sunset Cliffs, their celebration beautifully blended culture, heritage, and high-energy joy — all captured through cinematic wedding film.
Daniel and Dharti’s wedding at The Thursday Club in San Diego was one of the most unique and meaningful celebrations I’ve documented. Bringing together Indian and Jewish traditions, their wedding day felt layered with symbolism, emotion, and cultural richness from beginning to end.
The day began at The Lafayette Hotel in San Diego, where both families prepared surrounded by color, anticipation, and excitement. Dharti looked absolutely stunning, embodying elegance and strength, while Daniel carried a calm, focused energy as the ceremony approached.
One of the most powerful parts of the day was Dharti’s father. His emotions were visible from the very start. Watching him hold back tears and then openly cry during the ceremony was deeply moving. The pride and love he felt for his daughter added a profound emotional depth to the entire celebration.
The ceremony at The Thursday Club was a true cultural fusion. Indian traditions intertwined seamlessly with Jewish customs, honoring both families in a way that felt authentic and respectful. It wasn’t just two individuals coming together — it was two histories, two faiths, and two communities uniting.
After the ceremony, we stepped away to Sunset Cliffs for private portraits and film footage overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The golden coastal light and dramatic cliffs created an incredible cinematic backdrop. It was quiet, intimate, and beautifully contrasted the high energy of the reception to come.
And once the reception began, the energy shifted completely.
Daniel surprised everyone with a choreographed dance routine, sparking a full “battle of the dances” between the men and women. The crowd erupted. It was playful, bold, and completely unforgettable. The dance floor never slowed down after that moment.
As the night continued, laughter and celebration filled The Thursday Club. The blend of cultures, personalities, and pure joy made this wedding one of the most dynamic and heartfelt celebrations I’ve filmed.
Captured entirely through cinematic videography, Daniel and Dharti’s wedding film preserves the movement, emotion, and vibrancy of a day that honored tradition while fully embracing individuality.
